In collaboration with La Satis, the public film school of the Aix-Marseille University, the MCM hosts Regards Croisés, a residency in music composition for the visual arts involving four European schools: the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz (Austria), the University of Gothenburg, and more specifically the Academy of Music and Drama (Sweden), the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (Lillhamer, Norway), and the MSCN Film Music Festivals Academy.
During this ten-day residency, students from each of the five schools will collaborate on a joint work to be performed by an orchestra composed of musicians from the Conservatoire Pierre Barbizet de Marseille, an INSEAMM institution.
