Need help purchasing your tickets? Follow this detailed guide that explains, step by step, the process to get your your tickets.
STEP 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT
To buy tickets, you have two options: create an account or log in as a guest. Creating an account will give you access to the full program, allow you to store your tickets in one place, and enable you to vote for the Audience Awards. To create your account, click on the link below, select "I don't have an account," and enter your email address. You will receive a confirmation email inviting you to enter your first and last name and choose a password.

If you prefer not to create an account, you can log in as a guest. You won't have access to all the program details, but you'll be able to purchase your tickets.

STEP 2: VIEW THE PROGRAM
After creating your account, you can access the entire program by filtering by day, venue, or category. When you find a session you're interested in, simply click "Buy a ticket" to add it to your basket.
STEP 3: PURCHASE TICKETS
To buy tickets for the selected screenings, start by selecting the applicable rate. If you choose a reduced rate or a young audience rate, you'll need to provide proof to access your session.
- Session: €5 — *Reduced rate: €4
- Young audience session (-12 years old): €2
- Ciné-gourmands: €5 with coffee and treats
- Festival Pass: €35 — *Reduced rate: €25 (excluding Espace Julien concert, cine-concert at La Criée and Mucem)
- Student Pass: €15 or €10 with AMU student card
* The reduced rate applies to recipients of RSA, unemployed individuals, seniors, intermittents, CMCAS, and students, upon presentation of proof. Collégiens de Provence, E-PASS Jeunes, and Pass culture cards are accepted.
Before paying, you'll need to enter your first and last name and accept the terms and conditions.
STEP 4: PROCEED TO PAYMENT
A summary of your order will appear, and then you'll need to click "Pay for the order." Ticket purchases are made through the Paypal platform, but you don't need a Paypal account to buy tickets.
If you don't have a Paypal account, simply click "Pay by credit card." After entering your email address, you can fill in your banking information and pay. You will then receive your tickets by email. You can choose to print them or keep them on your phone. If you haven't received anything after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Some sessions are open access; you just need to arrive at the venue a few minutes before the session starts. They will be available until seating capacity is reached.
