Guided by blind facilitators, participants in this workshop will take on the challenge of audio-describing a film excerpt. From one mode of perception to another, how can images be translated into words in harmony with a soundtrack? Audiences will be able to appreciate their creativity and linguistic dexterity during a public showcase presented as a friendly “battle.”
