Somewhere in Italy, Daniela has been giving shelter to Fouad, a Moroccan immigrant, for two years. To allow him to get his visa, she accepts his marriage proposal. But quickly, she realizes the feelings Fouad has for her, and she feels uncomfortable having an administrative wedding for visa purposes with someone who actually loves her.
