Composer Thomas Foguenne is invited to the 27th edition of the Festival international Music & Cinema Marseille as part of the They're Back program to present Stranger Eyes by Siew Hua Yeo, film for which he composed the score.
This program highlights artists who have taken part in initiatives developed by the Festival, such as the International Market for Film Music Composition or the Masterclass in Music Composition for Screen. While it underscores the evolution of their artistic journeys, it also strengthens the ties between the Festival and the creators.

A graduate in composition, piano, chamber music, and written harmonies from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Mons, Belgium, he also trained there in conducting and electroacoustic music. In 2024, he won the prestigious Taipei Golden Horse Award for Best Film Score for his work on the Singaporean feature film Stranger Eyes by Yeo Siew Hua, which premiered in competition at the Venice Film Festival.
