Ehab Tarabieh a réalisé des études de violon classique à l’Institut Supérieur de Musique et de Cinéma de Damas à Jérusalem. Depuis dix ans, Ehab est en charge du département vidéo au B’Tselem, qui documente les violations des droits de l'homme en Palestine occupée. Ses précédents courts métrages ont remportés de nombreux prix, dont celui du meilleur court métrage au festival Doha Tribeca pour The Forgotten et une nomination à l’Académie européenne pour Smile and the World will Smile Back. Of Land and Bread est le premier long métrage documentaire d'Ehab qui a été présenté en première mondiale à l'IDFA. The Taste of Apples is Red est son premier long métrage.

Ehab Tarabieh Studied Classic Violin at the Damascus Higher Institute for Music and Film in Jerusalem. For the past decade, Ehab has been in charge of the video department at B'Tselem, documenting human rights violations in occupied Palestine. His previous short films have won numerous prizes, including Best Short Film at Doha Tribeca Festival for The Forgotten and a nomination for a European academy award for Smile and the World will Smile Back. Of Land and Bread was Ehab's feature documentary debut that celebrated its world premiere at IDFA. The Taste of Apples is Red is his first feature length film.

Plusieurs fois lauréate de concours internationaux en composition, à la fois pianiste, flûtiste et chanteuse, Anne de Boysson a composé la musique d'une quarantaine de courts et documentaires. En 2022, elle signe la musique du long métrage The Taste of Apples is Red de Ehab Tarabieh, sélectionné au Festival de Toronto. Elle travaille actuellement sur une série d'animation aux influences multiples mêlant notamment clavecin, flûte, beatbox et basse électrique.

Winner of several international composition competitions, pianist, flautist and singer, Anne de Boysson has composed the music for some forty shorts and documentaries. In 2022, she signs the music for the feature film The Taste of Apples is Red by Ehab Tarabieh, selected at the Toronto Film Festival. She is currently working on an animation series with multiple influences, notably mixing harpsichord, beatbox flute and electric bass
