Loïk Dury

Loïk Dury was first a DJ and director of programs at Radio Nova between 1987 and 1997, where he created the Novamix. He also composed music for fashion shows of great designers like Karl Lagerfeld, Paco Rabanne and Kenzo. In 1999, his first cinematographic collaboration, for the soundtrack of Peut-être by Cédric Klapisch, revealed him to the general public and earned him a nomination at the Victoires de la musique. In 2000, he creates a production and musical edition company, Kraked, and with the collaboration of other musicians and composers, a group: Kraked Unit.

He particularly focuses on the creation of film music, including films by Cédric Klapisch (L'Auberge espagnole, Les Poupées russes, Paris, Ma part du gâteau, Casse-tête chinois and Ce qui nous lie). They also realize with his partner a part of the coverings of the radio station France Inter. But also for event projects, such as the music for the French pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo in 2010. More recently, Loïk Dury composed the soundtrack of the series Call My Agent! for 24 episodes between 2015 and 2020.

Cédric Klapisch celebrates absurdity and realism through films that inevitably charm us. The Le Péril jeune, L’Auberge espagnole, Les Poupées russes... The films he directed and which keep seducing us.

Along with by Loïk Dury, a composer with whom he has worked for twenty years, Cédric Klapisch presents Ce qui nous lie, a film released in 2017 and which marks the continuation of the rich collaboration between the two artists.
